Overwatch2 DVA 1-10th and 1-6th Scale by SPARX 3D print model

Now that the MEKA Toki is complete started on the figures at 1/10th scale to fit and pose around the MEKA. I also sculpted and cut a 1/6th fully printable version of the model also included. I used the Overwatch2 suit and my variations as there are not many models around wearing the latest suit. The 1/10th scale models have different arm positions to pose onto Toki, as well as a Pilot figure to fit inside the MEKA. Both 1/6th and 1/10th models have a single base to pose separately without the need to have the MEKA Toki. The models all have interchangeable heads, torso’s etc. to allow various combinations of the models clothing and pose to be created. There are head stands to store spare heads for both scales and parts are designed to fit small SLA printers as well as FDM. This Download is ONLY THE “SAFE” OUTFIT ALL PARTS ARE INCLUDED AS IN PICTURES TO CREATE A FULL MODELS AND BASE WITH ALTERNATIVE ARMS AND CLOTHING. All Print tested prior release. The Torso’s and Head parts are removable and interchangeable with magnets (see pics)

Model 1/6th scale 346mm Height. Model 1/10th scale 225mm Height.

I have zipped the parts into 2 main categories; Safe1-6.zip Contains 20 parts. Safe1-10.zip Contains 21 parts. Using 7Zip.

I have done this to keep apart to ensure you don’t make mistakes!

All parts are cut files to fit build plate of small resin printers like the Photon or have separate files than the FDM versions included. All the parts have been printed and developed to print, A lot of prints have been produced to get the figures corrected and fault free.

Why cut into many smaller parts I have been asked?

1. If you try and assemble this, then paint it . .it would be difficult to paint into hidden areas, less masking when painting separate parts.
2. Smaller parts not only allow for Resin print at full scale, but also allow individual parts to use less supports than one larger part on FDM printers So now you know! Please do not scale down or adjust my recommended settings for infill etc. . . as you can see from the pictures this prints very well and I believe you will be pleased with the result when completed. All of my models are only released when they can print! so please do not remix or fix faults in this model then republish! If there is a fault then let me know . . message me I will answer and fix problem. . apart from that print make enjoy.

3D PRINTING SETTINGS

Resin 1/10 scale just be aware of hollowing too much! I found upper torso’s wall at 3.60 to stop arms hollowing. Heads at 2.60 Lower torso’s at 3.30 to stop shoes hollow and ankles solid . . Separate arms print solid

Resin 1/6 scale Allat 2.60 thickness apart from separate arms . Arms leave solid

FDM All parts in Cura printed well Arms and heads 60% fill 0.12 speed 40 Rest at 0.16 30% fill, speed 50
