3 French fusiliers or dragons motocyclistes. Wearing the typical 1938 Paletot used by the motorized troop, equiped with rifles. I painted them with insigna colors of 7th GRDI from St Omer. You can find a fantastic documentary about this unit during 1940 campaign, in 3 episods on Youtube!
These three motorcyclist riflemen are equipped to represent motorcyclist “dragons portés” or motorized cavaliers (riders) of a GRDI (reconnaissance group of infantry divisions). Their motorcycles feature a high level of detail. I made sure that the different elements were strong enough for 3D printing. This first pack of miniatures will be accompanied by numerous other packs, representing sidecars, other motorcycles and dismounted versions of these soldiers.
