3D model description

This pouring aid for 25 kg glue canisters has made handling and decanting wood glue much easier for us.

Since then, transferring from the 25 kg canister to the small 10 kg canister containing the glue pump has been child's play and we spill much less wood glue or none at all.

Technical data:

Suitable for canisters with a hole diameter of 70mm and an external thread diameter of 85mm.

Application:

To use the spout, simply cut a 50-52 mm hole in the center of the existing screw cap, preferably with a circular hole saw. The spout should be able to rotate loosely in the lid.

Now simply place the spout on the opening of the canister as shown in the picture and screw it tight with the modified screw cap.

Attention:

You should only use this spout if you have another spare lid without a hole for your canister. So that you can close the canister airtight again.
