3D model description

Z brace for the M150.
You'll need:
2 13-5/8" long 11/32" rod
14 M3x8 screws
14 M3 flat washers.

I printed this at 100% infill, .2mm layer height, no supports. Some support would clean up the overhang a bit.

Included is the .123dx file so you can adapt this brace to other rod sizes.

To assemble:
Chuck the rod or tube into a drill, and spin it into the top brace til it is a bit over an inch deep for the top and an inch and a quarter for the bottom. The friction will soften the inner surface of the plastic a bit so be careful to keep the tube straight.

Put the brace ends on the tubes. This will be a very tight fit. The friction will eliminate the need to use glue, screws, etc to keep the brace stable.

Square up your Z axis, adjust the brace ends til all the holes line up (this might take some grunting) and screw it on.
