Make your own Tesseract today!

To assemble it, you will need:
- 261023-01-001-CORNER CONNECTOR - 8x,
- 261023-01-002-MIDDLE CONNECTOR - 8x,
- short wooden dowel - 8x (to connect internal and external cubes),
- medium wooden dowel - 12x (for internal cube),
- long wooden dowel - 12x (for external cube).

The ratio of wooden dowel lengths is 1 : 1.15 : 2.44, where 1 is the length of the shortest wooden dowel - example:
- short dowel 100 mm,
- medium dowel 115 mm,
- long dowel 244 mm

The connectors were designed in such a way that the wooden dowel with the external diameter of 10 mm (+-0,1mm) should create a press fit between the connector and the dowel.

There is no need to use any glue or fasteners to assemble the Tesseract!

All the files are oriented correctly.
I suggest to print the connectors with a small brim around them and with supports.

3D printing settings

Material: a good quality PLA, PETG, ABS or ASA (for these two, having an enclosure is recommended),
Nozzle temperature: look at values suggested by the manufacturer of your filament,
Bed temperature: look at values suggested by the manufacturer of your filament,
Perimeters: at least two perimeters,
Layer height: a layer height of 0,20 mm will be sufficent to produce a nice looking part,
Supports: required,
Brim: required,
