TPU 30D - full print profile for Bambulab X1C - with model "Simple Flexible Strap (FlextrUp) "

Not sure how to print the tricky soft TPU? Want to save the filament and not waste it on all kinds of calibrations and on experimenting with the slicer's setting?

Here you can download the full print profile tuned for printing from the TPU FiberFlex 30D filament on Bambulab X1C.
Just download the *.3mf file, open it, hit "Print".

The profile is tuned, tested, verified. It's how I do my own serial prints.

The project contains:
- tuned TPU 30D material profile
- tuned process profile
- model Flexible Strap "FlextrUp" to mount anything anywhere

The picture print.jpg shows the actual print result using this profile. The filament was not properly dried in this example, it's been lying exposed on the open shelf for few weeks.

Shhh. Secret hint here:**
The extruder can't pull the soft filament by force, unwinding the spool must go as easy as possible with minimum resistance. Using an axis with bearings is highly recommended.

Notes:
The Bambu's AMS does not support the soft flexible materials. (They support some harder flex filaments, but not anything this much soft). So, you have to feed the filament manually from the external spool holder. In the last dialog when sending to print, disable the AMS.

The print is reliable, the TPU 30D material prints well, perfect layer adhesion, no clogging, nozzle and extruder not blocked, no under/over extrusion.

The FiberFlex 30D is the softest material which reliable works for me so far (and for the purpose of the binding strap is just perfect). With this profile I consistently successfully complete big 20h overnight prints from TPU 30D with no issues.

0.4 mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer.
