3D model description

This project is for dillon automatic case feeder owners that wants to use it on Lee presses too (like Lee APP or Lee ACP).

The project parts are:

1 x Dillon Case Feeder/Flexible Spring Adapter
1 x Flexible Spring/LEE universal Tube Adapter
1 x INOX Spring: 1mm wire,15mm outer diameter, 1200mm Lenght,
2mm Step.

The spring used is a GPMAX one:

https://www.gpmax.com/146-molla-inox-filo-1mm-de15mm-l1200mm-passo-2mm

(but I think that any similar spring from aliexpress will work)

Spring length depend on the distance you have between the Dillon Case Feeder and your Lee Precision Press.

Depending on distance Lee tube may require some cut to make it shorter, as well as a single tube adapter like this:

https://www.targetfun.it/blog/ricarica/lee-app-upgrade-3d-printed-case-feeder/

Or any other single tube adapter holding a Lee Universal Tube.

Note: You will have to manually stop the feeder to avoid flexible tube filling if the tube is not vertical.

To use it automatically you can add a switch on the press side, putting it in series to the original one.
I made a similar solution with an optical switch, feeding 5 Lee Presses with one Dillon case Feeder and One DAA Mr Bullet feeder, moving it on a rail...

3D printing settings

Print it in PLA or PETG, no support required.

To fit different tubes/springs you can also resize in cura and print it in Hard TPU.
