3D model description

A friend of mine was having problems with double feeding and over hopping so I suggested we make a slightly shorter version of the stock tensioner.

What I have gathered so far. As a hopup tensioner it works as we can see the bbs have a flight pattern similar to stock and it can be adjusted as well. But at 0 hop it seems to be showing similar results to the stock which it still has overhopping issue.

It fits correctly inside the hopup. I have yet to have enough testing to provide sufficient results if it indeed works. I can only shoot 9m at most at my house.

whats next is we plan on using a prometheus purple bucking but still waiting on the part to arrive

What was used in combination was an edgi 370mm 6.01 inner barrel and silicone mr hop 70 degrees.

3D printing settings

.08 height was used at 4 wall count with 35% infill and using pla pro and it was strong enough to hold tension and not break
