3D model description

I am selling a 3D model that serves as an effective safeguard against improper orientation of the tray with components used in the Pick&Place Fuji NXT III machines.
This precise model has been designed with optimal performance and production process safety in mind. It is compatible, for example, with the MTU tray tower (unit type TULTC in the wizard).

Tray with components mounted in incorrect orientation is raised, which prevents the component pickup.

Features:

- Fitting:
1. Perfectly tailored to the dimensions of the tray used in the Fuji NXT III machine.
2. Ensures a secure and stable placement of components, eliminating the risk of incorrect orientation.
Trays with components are not press-fit, preventing the possibility of component spillage during tray assembly.

1. Constructed with the aim of minimizing the risk of errors in the assembly process.

- Easy Integration:
1. The 3D model is compatible with the Fuji NXT III machine, allowing for easy integration without additional modifications.
Neodymium magnets 10x5x2 / N38 are required for assembly

The magnets are glued with CA glue.
2. Instead of magnets, double-sided tape or adhesive can be used.
