3D model description

I designed and printed these parts for bookbinding for my own use. I provide the STL files for 3D printers here.

The set consists of:

  • Punching cradle, punching device up to DIN A5 (215 mm)

  • Multifunctional corner cutter with 3 mm wall

  • Multifunctional T-spacer for 3 mm

  • Simple spacers for 3 mm

Punching cradle:

The holes are numbered consecutively and the row of holes can be moved as required using an adjusting screw. The displacement can be adjusted using the lines provided. (see pictures)

Dimensions:

Length of the insert: 215 mm (for DIN A5)

Hole spacing: 10 mm

Hole diameter: approx. 2.1 mm (for 2 mm awl)

An optional M4 screw can be used to move the row of holes: M4x30 with two standard M4 nuts.

Functions of the corner cutting device, etc:

  • Corner cutter with 3 mm corner distance

  • Mark the distance from the edge of the cover
