PORSCHE 944, 924 CENTER SPEAKER 2DIN HOUSING

Center speaker housing that fits a 2DIN stereo in place of the center speaker cover.

Fits in original speaker cover pin holes, slides right in, no extra mods to dashboard is needed!

Several different models for eg 1DIN devices with a larger screen is also included.

Two different models of pins are included.
I recommend you try with "dif dia" first.
Depending on your printer's calibration, different pins will fit best.

It's a press fit and it should click in when you press it together.

Note that I have NOT tried this model myself..
Therefore report if any dimension needs to be changed and I will fix it.

Can be wraped in vinyl for authentic look.

Print as pictured, minimum supports needed.

Fuzzy skin gives a nice anti reflective surface.

PLA can't handle the heat on the dashboard, print in ASA or ABS.

Print pins with plenty of walls due to the poor layer adhesion of ASA, PLA might work for the pins.

Use plenty of brim and you will be fine if your printer can handle bridging ok, if not, add supports to opening.

If the brim is not created around the model, try lowering it by 0,2mm
It will not affect the appearance of the finished part.

The one pictured with gauges was printed in ASA on an open Creality Ender 3V2 with draft shield.
Enclosed printer would be better to minimize warp in the model

If warp is to much, the pins will no longer fit in correct place in dash.
