I needed some cable clamps, especially for large extension cords. These models close down to a 20mm hole and a 20x40mm hole, but they can easily be scaled up in size, and are print in place (no assembly required). In the photographs, the lower clamps are the default size. The upper left is the 20mm scaled up by 200% and upper right is the 20x40mm scaled up by 170%. Scaling the 20x40mm up to 200% worked well for a compressor hose. If you scale it up, I would recomend only scaling X and Y, not Z, unless it is for a particularly heavy cable.

I did get a successful print by scaling it down to 50%, but it was rather fragile.

Be sure to enable supports "On Build plate only”. Getting the filament out of the slot is painful. I set the wall loops to 4 and the Sparse Infill pattern to Gyroid to make them a little stronger, and I have not had any breakage issues.

After printing you will need to snap the main hinge and press the latch into the body to break it loose.
