3D model description

Vintage cigarette roller for 76mm long, 8mm diameter cigarettes.

You need to print 1 case, 1 lid, 6 cylinder, 6 gear1 and 1 gear2.

The only hardware you need is a 3mm screw and 2 little pieces of 1.8mm wire for the hinges.

Print everything like the image atached, you only need supports in the hinges of the lid.

The assembly is pretty straight forward and works like a charm ;)

Update:
Added a file called 'case with nut' by a suggestion made by a nice subscriber, this modification will help you if you are having some problems with the screw of the main gear staying in place, you can put a 3mm nut inside the case without interferring with the rolling zone.

Update 2:
If you are printing in a FDM printer and your cigarettes turn too thick, you can print the thicker version of the cylinders to correct this problem.

3D printing settings

You can print in PLA but I recommend to print everything in PETG for more durability
