3D model description

Complete Core XY Gantry for E3D Hemera XS REVO, with Part Cooling for 5015 fan, currently designed for Ender5 series, but can be adapted to other machines.

Works for both Water Cooling module from Mebs, at Dold Mechanics, as well for the standard Air cooling, with alternative cover, which is on the way.

Highlights..

-Revo Part cooling, which is a remix of the original fantastic, and extremely effective duct, designed by RenΓ© Jurack. I have included the possibility to intergrade SMDLED lights, to illuminate the nozzle area.

-Designed for Integration of Biqu's EBB36 CAN bus module, but can be used with the traditionally cabling.

-Probe, and end-stop, are currently Based on a remix of the Euclid Probe, NOT any other probes at the moment, but as the EBB36 has i separate probe connector, i may be offering alternative possibilities as option. Dock for Euclid, the mount here fore is currently designed for the frame of Ender 5, but i will on request send the Dock as STEP, or f3d files, so you can design your own mount for the Dock.

-My beautiful Y-Splitter, for dual filaments, (as my first version of this Gantry, was intended for my dual filament printer of own design). Bowden tubes can be Integrated inside for minimal friction.

-Prepared for for IGUS Cable chain (Part number is also on the way).

As mentioned above, i also designed a complete Core XY machine from scratch, for which this gantry, was originally intended, the timing belt position may require alternate position on the gantry itself. I may be, offering the opportunity to edit this at no extra charge.

Finally, I have also designed a Complete Core XY conversion kit for Ender5, where this Gantry fits in, without any changes. This design will be available soon as a separate Design.

BOM list will follow, but for the impatiently people (Like my self), mostly can be figured out easily.
