a little too sharp edges. requires a lot of force to put a card through but also breaks the edges of the paper. overall really cool design.

cool design, but really hard to turn with a business card. even with vaseline on the gears. need pliers to give enough force to turn which snapped the knob. currently I am reprinting the knob with 100% infill to see if that helps.

Did you assemble the parts correct? Does it turn smooth without paper in between?

do you mind sharing what exact kind of paper you used for those rollers? I been having a difficult time to get it print on pepers.

For me it works great with many type of paper. (the thicker the paper, the harder it gets, it might be good to use some grease / lubricant on the gear axes and flat areas.) but for me it works with 150-350 grams paper I would say.
