Description

*Edit - added inserts without the headphone hanger, deleted the original inserts which had the hanger. Included an STL with a headphone hanger if you want one later.

Also included an STL with a Wireless Earphone holder - you'll need to resize this to fit your own, the internal dimensions are 54mm by 33mm. Print in the original orientation with supports.

Added wider support to the base - you'll note that the raw model looks slightly different to the pictures.

---

This model was specifically designed to fit my 11" Lenovo tablet, but if you want to scale it down then the internal length of the opening that holds the tablet is 274mm. Simply measure the length of your own tablet and scale down accordingly, adding a few mm so that it's not too small.

I'd suggest only scaling down on the x-axis, and remember to scale all the parts down by the same amount. The inserts are not equal squares so when scaling down, make sure that you are only adjusting the shorter side (the longer side should stay 150mm).

Printing instructions

There are three parts that need to be printed:

  1. The main base
  2. The left hand side insert
  3. The right hand side insert

Simply print all three files in their original orientation with a 0.2mm layer height and 15% infill. No supports needed.

I've included a 3mf file which was generated in Orca slicer for a Bambu Lab P1P - it therefore has all the parts already set up on separate plates. STL files are also included.

Assembly instructions

The inserts just need to be slid into their slots in the base. The files are labelled “left” and “right” - this is from the perspective of the front of the base facing towards you. The headphone hanger should be in the middle of the model.

It's best to glue the inserts into the main stand, and also glue them to each other where they meet. Super glue (CA glue) will work fine for this.
