Behold! Another mount to lessen the massive footprint of our a1 mini's (and a1) with the AMS lite. This one is for those who use the IKEA Bror system to store their printers. Using the teeth on a Bror post, this design securely mounts into the shelving unit. The design is flexible enough to slip in regular 1KG spools without hitting a wall (if your bror is against the corner of a wall). I also have an adapter for small 250g spools on my AMS Lite which also fit great. This design was pieced out to be printed on an A1 Mini.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Avoid PLA with this print. I used PETG and have been happily using this for around a month. I printed mine with minimal supports, but if you want a cleaner look, feel free to increase this amount.

ASSEMBLY

• (7) M4 Nuts
• (4) M4*12 Screws [Secures mount to Bror Post]
• (3x) M4*20 Screws [To fuse mount together]

Depending on your printer tolerance, the top and bottom bracket may not require the single screw and nut to secure it. It will be secure enough from the teeth inserts and after you screw the mount into the brackets. Finally, once the brackets are screwed into the BROR post, you are solid. If you want extra security in the middle, feel free to super glue the pieces together or better yet, take a soldering iron and fuse the plastics together with heat.
