Premium box for Bolt Action, Japan Army. Japan Army

The Bolt Action wargame compatible box is designed to store your dice, order dice and keep track of your points, the enemy player's points and the current turn. It is a great help for your games as well as for transporting your dice and tokens. It will also raise the aesthetic level of the game table.

INSTRUCTIONS

Medium-low level.

You will need 30 cylindrical magnets size 6x3mm that you can find on Amazon.

12 magnets for the lid of the box.

6 magnets for the dot tracking dials.

12 magnets for the case base.

The printing of this design is done in 4 parts.

1- Printing of the cover (WITHOUT SUPPORTS)

Once you load the STL of the cover in your slicer program, you must add different pauses to change the color in the emblem area and later, to add the magnets in their corresponding holes. The breaks are as follows;

• Start by printing with base color.

• Add pause so that you can include the 12 magnets in their corresponding holes and take the opportunity to switch back to the main color.

• Add pause to add the 3 magnets corresponding to the dot tracking dials, but don't change the color.

• Add pause to change the color of the material, to print the numbers in the dial area in a different color.

2- Printing the base of the box (supports are required).

• In your slicer program, add supports for the area where we will later add the base lid. The base lid is printed separately in case you want to add velvet or other material to cushion the impact of your dice.

• Add a pause to add the 12 magnets in their corresponding holes near the end of the printing.

3- Printing the base cover (You don't need neither supports nor magnets).

• The bottom of the box is a thin lid that once you print, you will need to glue on the bottom area of the box base.

Before gluing it to the base, you can add velvet and other material, to give it a premium finish, to your box.

4- Print the 3 dials to track your score, the enemy's score and the current game turn.

5- Print the rising sun.

Print the rising sun emblem and glue it to the top cover with cyanoacrylate glue.
