Description

Summary

Hello Peeps.

So like most Iv done a lot of upgrades on my Ender 3 v2 to get better prints but once dual Z lead screw, BLTouch has been added the wires all over the place.

I looked around and didn't like the closed-loop chainlink designs because it would mean I need to undo the cables to thread them in. So this design needs no support and is 100% Retrofit to the cable. ( no need to unplug anything. ) it works because the gap is just big enough to squeeze the cable Mesh sleeving into it.

x5 links make 100mm of Chain. I am still making the mounting brackets but I wanted to share these files for so long but once the brackets are complete this will be a complete kit for cable management of Ender 3 v2 Printer. Will be posted soon.

If you take the same design and scale it down to 70% it works excellent for the X Carriage on the same friction fit principle.

UPDATE: Reduced Cable chain Stl also attached and Mounting bracket on Extruder side and power supply side.

Note the Bracket on the extruder side gets mounted between the extruder and stepper motor and on the powersupply side I used double sided tape as there are no real way to mount them without drilling and tapping.
