The Bambu Spools are the best fit in your AMS and they are more reliable in the long run compared to non-genuine spools, particularly if they are different dimensions. I've been an avid respooler since the start as I had a lot of off-brand filament laying around when I first bought my Bambu printer. The pastamatic made this job easier, the necessity to have a stock of BL spools drew me towards printing my own off. The normal ones were fine for a while but I've fine tuned [remixed] some areas and now I've made it into a Kit that you just print off. The sides are modified to give a nice look, the Core is my particular favourite as I've designed the Filament holding hole to be in line with the spool winding to allow for easy fitment and release (while in the AMS). A set of Locking Shims tops off this Kit, they are essential insurance against random Spool separation which can happen.
I'd recommend you do these in PETG or better to allow for proper Drying, I found PLA ones to be a little less reliable and have had some warp. They still run pretty good even if they look like a wild shopping trolley wheel. If you have spare RFID tags, the will fit up to the Core, simply slip inside the Core as you're fitting, even tape if you are wanting to.
These Spools can be run with the genuine Bambu Refills, the cardboard cores fit exactly the same. The initial time and filament looks intimidating, this print is usually a downtime job when I don't have much happening. You will get roughly 4x full spools out of one roll of filament. If you aren't fussed, use those old left over rolls. All told, by my calculations you are better off by at least one full spool compared to buying them straight off Bambu Store, and moreso if you're paying for shipping.
