-This is a Belt Tensioning system [V1] for the Powerbelt Zero 3D belt printer. https://powerbelt3d.com/
-The Powerbelt Zero did not have any way to tension the belt resulting in really inconsistent belt tension. Also creating a difficult time when trying to mount a belt. I have replaced the stock belt with a .006" blued Spring Steel Shim Stock affixed on a diagonal with 2" SS tape(Aluminum tape can be used too). This system will work on the stock belt as well.
-This will require conveyor rollers to be added. I've included .step and f360 files so you can modify to a different roller.
-Only drilling and tapping of the 2020 extrusion is required to accept an M5 machine screw.
-Optional 2040. Replaces 2 bottom 2020 rails and beefs up the contact points for the Tension Block. Requires some drilling and tapping.
-You will need to find a way to attach the geared pulley to the end of the roller. I ground down the hub on mine to make it flat and used JB Weld to attach it to the end of the roller. Make a jig so that it is perfectly centered!
