I have designed an rc kit with the possibility of an Offraod and a Sport front chassis. This was a summer project that I'm still working on. I know its not perfect by any means but its a great start. I used a gearbox from an ECX amp rc car and its shocks too. I also modified shafts from a traxxas rustler to make it fit and it works great. Any servos should work and the link length should be 6 ½ to 7 cm. ABS for all a-arms, steering hubs, servo mount and the a-arm holders (front and back). PETG or pla+ could be enough for the rest of the chassis. I used 25% infill for the large parts like the front and main chassis. Bumping to 45% for the small parts can make a difference. 3mm rods are used to connect the a-arms and m4 screws for the rest of the chassis.
