3D model description

3D Print STL files for Asa Mitaka's Super Strong Uniform Sword from Chainsaw Man series.

Model made by Propzie Design.

I might update the files if any issue is detected.

3D printing settings

  • For this prop you will need to acquire a 6mm diameter rod with around 1.1m to align all the 7 major parts and provide more stability to the assembly. You can acquire the rod in any DYI store.
  • Print 8 jigs to assemble the blade parts on each other, use glue to keep it together (check images).
  • You can print the buttons or use your own buttons for more realism.
  • 2 types of handles are provided, one with details and another with no details so you can add fabric if you want.
  • Lace is not included but I made a hole to tie the lace around.

Assembly Max Dimensions:
Lenght: 1280mm
Width: 170mm
Thickness: 18mm

Piece Max Dimension:
"Blade2": Length=230mm
Every piece can be printed on a Ender 3 Pro or printers with higher volumes.

The final piece should weight around 1kg in total after print (with no rod)
