A lot of table side headphone holders already exists, but a lot of them in my opinion look a bit unprofessional when mounted, with either gaps left between the table and clamp, or a screw sticking out.

This is why I decided to give my shot on a new take on this concept, with the goal of creating a minimalistic, premium looking headphone holder with as little gaps as possible. I also wanted my model to have as big of a range of motion as I could fit, without compromising on looks. From these requirements the first revision of HÅLLARE was born.

One IMPORTANT NOTE is that this is a first revision of HÅLLARE, in its current state you CAN NOT tighten the screw to max without snapping the plastic, when it starts warping stop tightening! This might get upgraded in the future if there is interest as well as a few extra features which might be added. The structural rigidity can be greatly increased by increasing wall thickness.

Assembly instructions

Materials needed

1 x 25 mm countersunk M5 Screw

1 x M5 Nut

A few centimeters of Electrical tape

Instructions

Once you have printed/cleaned up both parts (see print settings below) the assembly is straight forward. First of you will need to add a few strips of electrical tape on the top and bottom jaw, in order to increase the friction when mounted to the surface. Then its just a matter of inserting the nut, and screw in the respective holes and start clamping.
