1 - The print test was carried out using PLA material.
2 - A layer height of 0.2mm was used.
3 - The infill was set to 20%.
4 - The tolerance between the drawers and the slot they fit into is 0.25mm all around, which resulted in an exceptionally smooth glide. When the organizer is turned upside down with the drawers facing upwards, they slide easily without needing a push, which was highly satisfying.
5- The larger drawer, despite having the same tolerance, was a bit tighter. It required a little sanding to achieve a glide similar to that of the smaller drawers.
6 - If a looser slide is preferred, the tolerance can be slightly increased in the design before printing.
7 - It's important to clarify that when I mention a tolerance of 0.25mm for the drawers, I'm referring to the tolerance in the design, not the print settings. This is to take into account any additional tolerance adjustments you might want to apply.
