3D model description

These are enclosures for the ADT Link UT3G USB4 eGPU board. These enclosures supports BIG gpu sizes, currently using mine with the massive ZOTAC RTX 4090 AMP Extreme AIRO.
A live video of the mesh version of the enclosure can be found here: https://www.reddit.com/r/LegionGo/comments/1bcmn13/i_have_completed_the_design_of_the_egpu_box_for/

Also a live video of the full vents version is here:
https://www.reddit.com/r/eGPU/comments/1c8hqs4/shoutout_to_uarcanazen_who_both_designed_3d/

I have my UT3G paired with my Lenovo Legion Go handheld. You can use this eGPU with any Nvidia or AMD card.

Currently for Windows and Nvidia there is a trick to make it work without using the development version of Windows Canary. Please see the following link if you want to do that: https://egpu.io/forums/builds/2023-8-lenovo-legion-go-780m-r78cu-rtx-4090-64gbps-usb4v1-adt-link-ut3g-win11-23h2-first-non-canary-win11-64gbps-usb4v1-build-achieved-with-modified-nvidia-error43-fixer-encased-in/

For AMD cards and the Legion Go, it is recommended/required to sideload the official AMD drivers (not lenovo's), please use my guide here: https://www.reddit.com/r/LegionGo/comments/1b7bee0/guide_how_to_sideload_amd_780m_graphics_driver/

To build any of the versions you need the following materials and tools:
1. 32 brass inserts M3x6x5mm: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08Z89R4HP
2. Soldering Iron (only if you don't have one with T18/ST900M swappable tips): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08R3515SF
3. Tips for the soldering iron to correctly install the brass inserts: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CH3HJ2DR

For the mesh version you will need:
1. 40 M3x10mm (panels and feet), 6 M3x12mm with nuts (main bridge) and 2 M3x16mm screws (ADT LINK metallic bars), all of them pan head or socket head, you can buy 2 assortment packs of this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B012TBMGUE
2. 48 10x.26mm rounded magnets: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C3B3VC4R
3. Mesh filters with adhesive magnets (needs to be cut): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BW3Q2CMB

For the full vents version you will need:
1. 40 M3x10mm (panels and feet), 6 M3x12mm with nuts (main bridge) and 2 M3x16mm screws (ADT LINK metallic bars), all of them flat head, you can buy 1 assortment pack of this:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07XGNJBGS
2. (OPTIONAL) 4 M3x16mm socket head if you want to print the vertical legs.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CQNJ1FB6

If using the side panel for exhaust fan (120mm supported), you can use the self-tapping screws that usually come with it. Also, the UT3G board doesn't have a way to connect a FAN, so an adapter to PWM to SATA or MOLEX is needed, something like this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07MJH2WQ3

If you want ARGB support, you can get a FAN controller with ARGB support (needs to have a remote control), something like this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BRKKYS5Q

Please feel free to contact me if you need help putting this box together. Thank you for your support!

3D printing settings

I have a BambuLab X1C with AMS System.
I used PETG for everything and only PLA for support interfaces in the back panel (1 print).

No supports needed, except for the back side where the power supply is mounted (it needs supports in order to have hole for the power supply screws. I use 30% density for the infills. I have provided a 3MF file made with Bambu Studio, which it is ready to print with my settings.
