This simple sign is really cool, and the design process was easy. It's just two intersecting words from different angels, and it don't need to be YES and NO, it could be any word! The S and the E have a 90 degree overhang in the middle of the figure, so I dare you to print it! 

You might want to scale it down a bit while printing, it doesn't need to be that big. 

BTW: I designed this is Fusion 360 too like my other models, I'm now starting to feel really confident using it! If you want me to do more words, feel free to ask!
