Description
I wasn't happy with the ones already up here so i made my own one with a bigger lip for better contact with the rubber rolls in the AMS system for better filament retraction.
I also chamfered the edges because it always annoys me if there are models with sharp edges.

The print and quality are nice...But when I put them on my spools they would not fit in my AMS and turn freely...

I'm sorry that this happened to you.
This has probably to do with the cardboard beeing warped and so it catches on the small finns within the AMS unit.
I also had this problem and I had to respool it to a Bambu lab spool. Tolerances are tight in the ams and for the diameter of the spool, theres not much space to play with but normally it should fit in the AMS.
