  • 0.20mm layer height
  • 10% adaptive cubic infill

dimensions > x: 200mm · y: 100mm · z: 110mm

 

including two print profiles:

  • two plates, for different colours / materials like seen on the photos
  • single plate, for same colour / material

 

note > the separator is a tight fit, with small tolerance, if your printer / filament struggle with smaller tolerances, reduce the scale of the separator in bambu studio by 0.5~1%

Bed Adhesion Issue:Because the sides are chamfered from the bottom AND the top, it leaves the corners to come up over the course of the print which results in over extrusion of the corners. once the print is done, the corners have risen up a quarter to half mil in comparison to the center point of the top of the print. This makes for an uneven structure and the divider doesn’t work as intended as a result.

sorry to hear about the adhesion issues, however the chamfer does not cause problems for me, i recommend either giving your plate a thorough wash or use 3D LAC (this thing is magic :) )

It’s ok, thanks for your reply :) It’s not so much the bed adhesion, it’s that the corners are up off the bed, thus have nothing to stick to. it’s more the design imo. what’s this you speak of btw, some kind of glue? Sorry I’m rather new to all this. thanks for the help!

indeed it’s adhesion, having the corners at an angle doesn’t mean it warps, from the photos you show it seems like it really did lift the flat side on one of the corners. 3D Lac is an adhesive spray, comes in a can (some people use air spray, but I find this better) it works really great! never have any adhesion issues with it :)

Really cool print out of the box. Without any changes it was really good printable. I had a little bit stringing but not so much as with my other printers. I used Charcoal Black Matte and Orange for the print. Really cool design and will take place in our Bathroom as organizer for our Brushes.

Thx very much for the file, I printed it on my P1S but scaled it to 75%, it was enough for my wife's desk. As you see on the picture I modelized an addon for your design.

Only had a minor issue but i think its because my chamber was to hot. otherwise great design!
