3D model description

The Howieitzer, named in memory of my late friend Howard Royal and the resemblance to the famous artillery gun, is a DIY wireless dry herb ball vape build project that offers an affordable, healthier, cleaner, all-around better way to enjoy your favorite dry herb products.

Combine the Howieitzer with an Injector Pass-Through Chamber and your favorite glass piece to experience the latest crave in dry herb vaping. This design has been run and tested for well over 100 total hours to ensure reliability.

With a focus on ease of build, affordability, and Safety, the Howieitzer offers the latest in wireless vaping technology by utilizing the Tiodw Pro Mini Housing packed with ruby pearls, a 20mm axial heater coil, and the XMT-7200 PID Controller packed into a small form 3d printable housing.

Note that the builder can elect to use any other size coil and/or ball vape housing as long as the coil shoulder does not exceed 5mm in diameter and is within electrical requirements to not exceed the PID’s built-in 5 amp relay.

The Howieitzer requires that only two components be fabricated besides the 3d printed parts. These include the Heat Shield and the top wooden heat deflector.

• Assembly instructions and diagrams

• Wiring instructions and wiring diagrams

Required Tools to complete the build project:
• 3D Printer
• 19 mm or large adjustable wrench
• Drill and Drill Bits
• Electrical ohm Meter - used to identify coil wires
• Safety Gloves
• Pliers
• Saw - Hand, Band, etc. to cut thin sheet metal
• Screwdriver
• Vice or Metal Bending Brake or other means to bend thin sheet metal
• Wire Crimping Tool
• Wire Cutter

Nozzle: .4mm to .8mm
Layer Height: .2mm to .4mm

Material: PLA or PETG
