This is an Anti Theft Lock for the Garmin Zumo 396 when using my Garmin Zumo 396 mount on a 12mm GPS bar.

It prevents the release button from being pressed when active so the device cannot be removed.

It is a little finnicky to get on and off, but that is not bad in this case!
