Description
The popular SmallRig 4439 and 4438 bottom mount plates for the Sony a7C II and a7CR cameras have enough room for an Apple AirTag in the battery door cavity. This minimalistic AirTag holder slides into this area to securely and discreetly attach the tracker to your camera. It is designed to stay in place via press-fit, so it snugly grips the walls of the baseplate. To assist in removal, a gap for a finger is provided behind the hinge arm that is accessible when it is open. There is a chamfer along the arm to make opening easier.

Great work, thanks for sharing, the only concern I have is the stability of it, will it slide out in some situation?

This is a friction fit, so you do need to make sure that it is snug enough that you don't have any concerns that it will fall out. Due to differences in filament, I would recommend that you do test prints until you get a good fit. You can adjust "X-Y contour compensation" by a small amount until it fits securely enough for your liking. The print is very quick so it shouldn't take long to dial in perfect settings. As uploaded, it fits perfectly in my SmallRig 4439 and I have zero worries.
