Description

Modular Corner Jig with option of changing corner Radius Inserts.

How it works? Very simple! Just choose insert with needed Radius, put it together with Main Jig Body and secure the insert with a Lock screw. Main Body has a threaded hole for Lock Screw to keep it together when you are not using a Jig.

Jig corner insert Radius sizes in this set:

10mm
15mm
20mm
25mm
30mm
35mm
40mm

If You need different size, give me a shout and I'll make it for you.

Here are separate profiles for Main Body and inserts (+screw) Profiles. For inserts and Screw, supports are NOT needed. For main body , they are not necessary as well, but I would advise to use Supports, but paint them away from threaded Hole.

19.04.2024 Update
- Added Changeable insert Lock Screw without Cap so You can use a Jig with a router with bigger base. All You need is a Philips Screwdriver.

You can find it in STL files here.

That's it. Quite simple I guess.

You can Buy me a coffee if You feel good doing so :)

supports on it for some reason. supports we’re not needed. made my own holder for the radius pieces.

Nice Holder :) Supports on for main piece are just for cleaner middle hole. I got very unpleased result on my first prototype print with no supports so I decided to leave them on for that place. As I explained in description, they are not necessary and can be turned off and if You are going to leave them - paint them off from threaded hole.

Sorry I didn't finish my sentence. Was supposed to say, "supports on it for some reason did not work out for me." I was using text to speech on my phone. But your design is awesome best one that I have come across in my opinion.

thanks. and no worries I got you right and use or not to use of supports here is optional and maybe a bit confusing. that's why I'm trying to explain that ;)

I love this thing this is my 3rd I have made. One of my routers base is to big so I made a new bolt stat is a screw instead of knob.

Cool , I'm happy that it is so useful for You. Good point about knob and bigger base. I'll add additional option sinking head as well today or tomorrow.

Love this design as it uses less filament then other models due to the changeable inserts, also I remixed some custom inserts with a few different radiuses. Thx

This is the first proper print I tried through Bambu Handy. I wasn't able to disable the supports so that needed some tidy up. I also printed in PETG Basic, but the speeds were probably a bit too high for a good finish. otherwise it came out ok.

Oh yeah. Bambu Handy is a bit limited. I think I have printed just once from it and had similar problem. So for me is to print only very simple prints from there. Not sure about speeds as I had no quality problems at all on all of my prototype and final prints here. But I printed in PLA maybe that's the case. I have few PETG rolls but still haven't did any print from them. Will need to check them out.

Printed in PETG and came out really nice. Slow and steady and great quality.
