3D model description

Going over 100RPM on the bfb extruder ain't 100% reliable so for fast printing a bowden cable is recommended. Note that printing with bowden cable is not as near as precise as with direct drive.

Anyhow, here's the holder for the bowden cable (the M6 nut trap like all the others) made to fit on the part 10056 of the bfb extruder.

3D printing settings

  1. print 2 pcs
  2. remove the extruder from rapman
  3. remove hot end and part 10056 (the part that holds the set screw)
  4. slide the M6 nut holding bowden cable and tighten the hot end, 10056 and cable holder together with M5 screws
  5. attach other end of the cable to your extruder using another 2 M5 screws

print :)
