The INSTADUNGEON system allows you to quickly and progressively build your interior, even as you are playing!

Each tile is ready to go for a set-piece battle in your favorite tabletop roleplaying game—be it WH40K, ALIEN RPG, Stargrave, Star Trek, The Expanse RPG, or otherwise—and can be quickly combined with as many other tiles from the INSTADUNGEON series as you own to create an epic environment for your players to explore!

SIMPLE PUZZLE-STYLE INTERCONNECTION
The INSTADUNGEON system utilizes "puzzle-style" interconnections that board games have used for decades. This allows its tiles to be quickly connected together.

FULLY INTEGRATED TILES
Each tile is a single piece of plastic, with all features already part of the tile (fully integrated), so there is nothing you need to do before you can use these tiles in your games out of the box—just start using them! And being fully integrated, they're easy to pack away, too—and you don't even need to worry about losing parts of your tiles!

LET EACH TILE'S PHYSICALITY IMPACT GAME PLAY
A third-dimension doesn't just look better than a flat 2D battle map—it provide new opportunities that you can exploit in your game play and storytelling. Miniatures not sitting flush with the ground because of rocks or other debris in the square? Make this a feature of your game play by requiring the character to pass a test of dexterity or suffer a rolled ankle!

A NOTE ON 3D PRINT SIZES
These tiles are a tad oversize by default, made for 40mm bases, to accommodate games using miniatures with larger bases. If you need to rescale the tiles to fit on your printer (or just prefer smaller squares), however, these tiles will readily resize down to 75% to be more suitable for 28mm scale gaming.

Tiles do not require supports when printed with the correct orientation.

A NOTE ON 3D PRINT SIZES
We've designed my INSTADUNGEON tiles with FDM printing in mind. Our prototype test-prints were done on a Creality CR-6SE, which has a 235 x 235mm bed. We would generally recommend a printer with a bed size of at least 200 x 200mm (the Prusa, Ultimaker and clones tend to meet this requirement).

RECOMMENDED MATERIALS
Big Dumb Fun Games recommends these models should be printed with PLA, which is one of the most environmentally friendly filaments on the market today. Derived from crops such as corn and sugarcane, PLA is renewable, biodegradable and not toxic. Items printed with it are durable and strong.
