3D model description

Barrett M82 antimaterial sniper rifle, in real-life size! Couple of weeks of 3d modelling, fitting, testing and trying, we have this detailed 3d model of an iconic sniper rifle. All parts are made to fit standard 250x250x250 printbeds and EVERYTHING IS PRINTED WITHOUT SUPPORT!
Can you belive it? Want it for cosplay or just to sit on your wall, this will cover all your CALL-OF-DUTY needs in one go!

This rifle is 1400mm long, printed, and it took me about 1.2kg of PLA. I think i could use less plastic if i put less infil (i used 30%)

DISCLAIMER: THIS IS NOT REAL WEAPON, THIS IS REPLICA ADJUSTED SO IT CAN BE 3D PRINTED. IT CANNOT BE REPURPOSED TO SHOOT ANYTHING. PLEASE FOLLOW YOUR LOCAL LAWS

When you download these files, you will also get complete instructions how to assemble and glue everything together. Additional BOM will also require:
-2x ballpoint pen springs
-8x M4x20 machine screws
-2x M4 washers
-2x M4 nuts
-1.5m of 10mm aluminium tube. THIS IS OPTIONAL, ITS THERE TO ADD STURDINESS TO THE RIFLE, I PRINTED IT WITHOUT IT
-2x 8mm metal locking pins. THIS IS OPTIONAL AND ITS REQUIRED ONLY AS A COSMETICS
-1x rubber band for reciever lid. You can also use small nedimyum magnet to hold thing closed

Edit 25.4.2024: I added STL files for hooks, for wall hanging. Now you can display this rifle in all its glory on these beautiful hooks. Everything is within ZIP file. Make sure you post it here as a "make", im really curious about results! :)

Edit 18.4.2024: I added zip file that contains some more picturs with explanation what pin and screw goes where. Design remains unchanged

Edit 17.4.2024: I added ZIP file that contains ultra-high resolution STL files of the model. These are only externals of the model that are visible once rifle is printed, internals (like trigger, pins, hooks etc) are remaining same from the main folder. You can choose to print this one if you have some high precision printer like Bambulab or SLA

3D printing settings

I made this file as easy as possible for 3d printing. You dont need to clean anything, no support, you just need glue, you will even get exploded and assembled view of the whole rifle so you can see every detail how it is planned. For me it took about 1.2kg of PLA plastic, but I've could go even to 1Kg if i used less infil.
With every part you will get screenshot how i positioned it for printing, so you will not have to worry about anything. If you can print benchie, you will also manage this thing.
