3D model description

This is a 3D printable design file pack for you to convert your beloved KOSS KSC75/KSC35/PortaPro into headphone mode.

  1. Drop-in design. You don't need to destroy your KSC75, just remove the clips and throw them into the printed shells.

  2. Designed for consumer grade 3D printers. All parts are support-free.
    Only minimum supports included in the drawing. They are easy to remove. (See the picture up there)

  3. This design includes 100mm*80mm oblong and 100mm round cushion adapters.
    You can find 100mm*80mm cushions by searching "SONY MDR 1RBT" & "1ABT"

  4. You can also draw your own cushion plates, I've included the drawing pdf of it.

  5. There are total 19 HQ STL parts files in an RAR archive.

  6. Screws you'll need to prepare for the assembly:
    M3x6mm flat head screws................6 pcs
    M3x10mm Steel flat head screws........8 pcs
    M3x5mm round head screws............6 pcs
    M4x16mm hex screws.......................2 pcs
