3D model description

A very cool project in which I designed the Jurassic Park gate from A to Z, using proportions similar to those in the film, and which makes for a super-harmonious rendering of this diorama. The two gates can open and close, and the two cars are on a track, just like in the film.

There are 14 files in the archive, and here are some printing instructions:

3D printing settings

I printed everything in PLA, using filaments with the color of each element (green for the base, gray for the arch, etc). It's also possible to print everything in one color and paint each part afterwards, as you see fit.

You need to activate the supports for the arch, for the rest it's not necessarily necessary. You can resize the whole thing by setting each piece to 150% to get something even bigger, bearing in mind that it's basically 10cm wide.

Concerning the pieces, you need to print each one 1 time, and 2X for the following pieces:

-troncpalmier

-ford

4X the half palm, and 8X the flame

when assembling, you'll need to sand down the part of the doors that engages in the arch, so that they fit without forcing them.
