Description

Nichirin Samurai Sword mini

This is a telescopic sword inspired by the Nichirin sword in the Japanese manga "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba".

This is a telescopic katana that is printed in parts and then assembled. You can choose to print different colors and strengths for different parts. The handle is capped to facilitate future maintenance and blade replacement.
However, the disadvantage of this is that the printing time will increase. If you are sure that you can print an all-in-one print, you can refer to my previous telescopic knife work Reverse Blade Sword mini:

Notice
It is recommended to use PLA+PETG for printing.
If your filament has insufficient strength, please increase the fill overlap to more than 40%.

Assembly instructions:
1. Put the blades in order.
2. Close the handle cover.

3. Push the fastener carefully.

Hello: Use the A1 series printer to print PETG. The conditions for PETG filament are relatively strict. If the heated bed cannot stick to the object and it is easy to fall off, please use dishwashing detergent to clean the PEI board. The heated bed temperature when printing Can be raised to 75 degrees and reduce travel speed.

Love how this printed on my P1S using Kingroon PLA 3D Printer Filament, Triple Color Silk PLA Filament. The quality and structure is great. As soon as I picked up from the build plate it extended.

Hey what’s your bed temp on the pla? I’m using kingroon pla+ and when I use the cool plate I have to set it at 55c or it will not stick for me.

Looks great. Don't do like me and accidentally delete a blade piece off the build plate without noticing lol. Not sure if I can extend it more, but it comes out to 27" / 69cm for me. Thanks for the great model. Gonna print 2 more for my nephews
