I printed the lower with insert in Polymaker ASA and the holes are too small to fit Fenix 9mm or Remington 9mm cartridges. Based on my measurements the holes are approximately .5-.6 mm too small. I'll look at scaling it in the Bambu slicer to fix the issue, but I might recommend for first time printers is to slice the insert and print a sample before printing the full insert and then finding out the wholes are too small.

Hi, thank you for suggestion. I am working on an update for the box where I include inner sample with just 2 holes so it can be printed for testing purposes without wasting filament. If you could email me support@onemileshop.com we can look into your issue with small holes.

printed this in pla+ done 2 of them so far. Worked great for half my ammo but I have a ton of magtech brand and the holes are just a tad to small. Is there a way to make the holes just a tad bigger? I have to force them and need plyers to pull them out which isn’t idea. I’m doing the 1 piece print. Need to do 10 more :)

Prints perfectly,. design could hold 150 rounds in the area.

printed the 100 round box. knew it was big, but way TOO big. It is 35mm too wide to fit in a 50 cal ammo box. I've a different model that will hold 158 rounds and it fits. (it's really too big) oh well. I used abs on box and pla inside...
