As previously stated there can be tolerance issues but I think all Bics aren't exactly the same size, so I believe the 2% scale increase worked for mine. My mother has bad arthritis but this helped her grip the lighter easier. Thanks for your upload.

I have some internal wings on my bic/joint holder, I will maybe implement this here, so no more strange fits. Thanks!

the print looks really clean and nice, lighter is really tight and wont fit all the way, might just be the lighter! had this problem before with lighter cases but overall really nice

Hey, you can just scale it up by maybe 1%? Funny thing, I swapped mine this weekend with a friend and the sleeve didn't fit on his lighter. There might be some tolerance issues with the Bic lighters.

100% tolerance issue with the lighters! still went and forced the lighter in so i guess this is now the permanent case for this lighter?😂 had some bic mini cases i printed last week and my red bic fit like a glove but my grey one just slipped right out, anyway will print a couple more tomorrow with different colors filament :)

Thanks for the make! Glad you like it! Can also always be the filament ruining tolerances. cheers!

couldn't get the lighter passed passed halfway. good design but not sure what happened. way too tight. took the plastic off the lighter to give more room but no dice.

i suggest printing it maybe on 101-102%. the model worked for me and others. it’s hard to make the right fit for every printer and every filament.

An check out one of the other comments. This might also be a tolerance issue of the lighter.

Came out great; definitely only use a refillable lighter though.

Oh no, I put a disposable BIC in there && I don’t think it’ll ever come out LOL! Which, honestly, it uses such a small amount of filament and prints very quick, that I wouldn’t even feel bad for throwing it away once the lighter dies. I actually gave it to my mom because she’s always complaining about someone stealing her lighter or claiming her lighter is theirs. Not anymore! 😂 Thanks again!
