Description

The .3mf file contains all of the parts, they should be printed as follows:

  • Slider and knob - add brim, 0.2mm layer height
  • Platter - 0.20mm layer height
  • Base - 0.20mm layer height
  • Tonearm components w/o screws (pin, tonearm holder, volume slider) - 0.2mm layer height, brim.
  • Tonearm components w/ threads (tonearm, tonearm connector) = 0.12mm layer height, brim, regular supports everywhere. Make sure that the supports do not interfere with the threads. The tonearm connector may require some cleanup in order to function properly. I would highly recommend that you use a glue stick to secure these parts to the build plate.

Infill - 10% - 20% of your preferred infill pattern should be fine.

Tolerances throughout the model are between 0.2mm and 0.5mm. Adjust your printer accordingly. This should be fine for the majority of modern 3D printers.

Print times should be fairly low as the majority of the parts are quite small (>10 hours total print time)

3rd picture has the part labels.

This model features a rotating platter, tonearm which moves horizontally and vertically, a knob which rotates, as well as a volume slider which slides up and down.

Loosely based off of the Technics SL-1200.
