Description

This is a ceiling fan remote holster for model UC7225T. My fan is a Hampton Bay model but perhaps this remote is included with other fans. You can operate the buttons without removing it from the holder.

 

The remote is about 46mm x 22mm x 150mm, and the holder goes up to the bottom set of buttons, about 56mm. There was a curve on the remote, so while the holster conforms to that curve, there are flat strips on the back to allow it to sit flush with a wall. There are also #6 ANSI countersunk screw holes for attaching to the wall, or you could use double sided tape or Magic Release adhesives on the flat parts.

 

I did not need supports. I built a 45 degree angle under the top flat spot so that there is no unprintable overhang.

I got the same Remote as you and mine measures 1.77" / 44.958 mm Wide, 0.79" / 20.66 mm Thick, 5.9" / 149.86 Tall as you put down that your Remote is about 46mm x 22mm x 150mm, and the holder goes up to the bottom set of buttons, about 56mm. As when I printed a test version of yours today it fits my Remote loosely. so I was wondering if you could tweak your drawing to 45.2 mm wide, 21 mm Thick, 58 mm Tall as that will fit still below the buttons on this Remote as I went to OnShape to try to do it myself but I didn't have any luck n tweaking the measurements to these that I was looking to get it made in

You can probably solve this on your own by using the scale function in the slicer and ajdust each axis individually.
