Description

After several remixes from other colleagues, I have modified this sampler of mini filament spools so that 30 spools fit inside. I list other improvements:

- The base is printed in a single piece, saving time and filament.
- Added a slot to insert a small paper with the types of filament that are included inside.

 

Plate 1: Mini filament sample. Print with the parameters best suited for the type of filament you are using.
Plate 2: Spools in 2 pieces, they are assembled together. One side includes an area to attach a 10x16mm label with filament model data. NOTE: All spools designs can be https://makerworld.com/es/models/56653#profileId-58286 but only a few have been adapted for the label and this filament version.
Plate 3: Base of the sampler.
Plate 4: Cover of the sampler.
Plate 5: Duplicate hooks for the correct closure of the sample book.
Plate 6: Protector of the written text.
Plate 7: Modular single shelf, will also fit above or below others.
Plate 8: Shelf to insert 4 samplers box. It is designed to be installed on a vertical surface using 2-4 screws.
Plate 9: Handle to screw on the top of the shelf in case you want to transport it.

 

The original design requires 6 M3 30mm screws for hinge and latch, but I use cut nails.

Hey, nice idea! By printing the sample i have problems with the flat surface where i have to set the spools on. It seems like the first and last layer of the sample part is noch complete. Same view while slicing. Do you have here the same problems?
