Description

A fun toy for solo or group play. Fully functional puller designed for use on nipples however other body parts will fit between the clamps. 2 different clamping surfaces (reversible design) for different play styles. You can mix and match the clamps for textured and smooth.

Print at .1-.15mm layer height, 4+ walls/top/bottom layers (ensure the vertical parts of the ring are solid), when orientated properly, only the clamp base will need support to ensure the bridges are formed well.

Assembly:

Screw the pull screw into the ring base. It will take some using to get the ball through the hole as the tolerance is 0. Once the ball is passed the nut, wiggle the screw while turning until it grabs the nut and threads easily.

The clamp base, clamp, extender, clips (x2), and clamp screw (x2) need to be assembled. Snap the extender into the base (may need pliers). Line up the clamp and screw both clamp screw through. Slide in the clips to retain the clamp screws (may need pliers).

Getting the ball and socket joint snapped together without breaking is the toughest part. Go slow. Apply constantly increasing pressure while rotating the clamp base and pull screw.

------------------------------------------------List of Revisions--------------------------------------------

V1: un-tested version that I am posting here to get feedback. I am printing and testing it now. I may not upload revisions in order. The parts should print without support except the Pull Base.

V1 has been tested and marked as a fail. The thread do not work at all. I am working on V2 to improve the threads and other tweaks for usability.

V5 uploaded for others to test and get feedback. Threads are still being worked on to achieve the needed tolerances to work while also not slipping under load.

V5 tested and is almost functional. New pictures uploaded. The threads don't bite enough to keep tension on a nipple. There is also not enough travel to pull a nipple well. V5.1 addresses these points.

V6.5 explores a whole new clamping screw design.

V6.6 is the new picture (cover pic) with a new screw design. 6.6 has some changes with tolerances to help the clamp screws work properly and clip into place with a retaining clip.

V7._ are tuning various parts of the model for optimum performance. There flying fast now.

V7.2 works. A few more tweaks to come for optimum performance and then its ready.

V7.4 and 7.5 are the same except for the textured clamp surfaces on 7.5.

V8 makes the thread operate as expected (rotation wise) as well as tighter tolerances on the threads so they should lock in the desired positions.

V8.1: ready for use. Tweaks made, tolerances adjusted, dual sided clamps for smooth or textured play, long pull length, minimal support (none if your bridging is really good), minimal material

V8.2 adds a flair to the clamp base where the clips are inserted. It now has 2 wall minimum.

Was it the same part each time? If I remember correctly, some of the parts have a brim and the tall screw has the speed dropped at specific height to maximize reliability.
