The HandFlex Pro is more than just a piece of equipment; it's a tool designed to help you achieve optimal hand and wrist strength. Whether you're an athlete, a fitness enthusiast, or on the path to recovery, the HandFlex Pro is your ideal companion for a stronger grip.
Features:
The trainer is designed with a comfortable, natural-feeling grip. Its handle incorporates a 21-degree angle, similar to popular pistol grips.
Adjustable resistance by printing bands with different infill. Replace the bands as your grip strength improves.
Print Requirements:
- 5x M4 x 22 hex socket screws
- 5x M4 Nuts
- Soft rubber-like filament for bands (NinjaFlex 85 TPU or similar)
- Glue for the middle grip (super glue or Araldite )
- Recommended PETG for the middle grip. PLA works fine, but PETG has some flexibility and feels much nicer.
Instructions:
Middle grip
Print LH and RH of the middle grip. PETG recommended> 25% infill part needs to be strong. Use 0.18-layer height for a smooth finish.
Glue the two halves together.
Outside grip.
Print LH and RH of the outside grip. PLA works great.
Insert the M4 nuts into one of the sides; you may be able to press them in. However, I normally used the tip of a soldering iron.
Rubber Bands:
Print sets of 4 bands. Use a soft TPU like NinjaFlex 85.
Depending on the type of filament will change the resistance and range of motion.
