Description

UPDATE 01-23: Added gantry stabilizers that go underneath the lead screws per request from @loafer_coyote0b. Thanks again!

I printed without supports since its a small gap to bridge, but the hard rubber pad on the underside of the gantry should slot into it, purge bins that sit up close to the printer shouldn't have any issues. It really does help with support since the bed is set down on the gantry then attached with screws from beneath, a major oversight on the original design on my part.

I do not use bambu studio so I have not uploaded a print profile, only the raw files and a presorted plate. If someone would be so kind as to take on that task it would be very much appreciated.

Print 2x of A1ScrewStablizerBody in a material of your choice.

Print 2x of A1ScrewStablizerPad in TPU.

ORIGINAL:

I did not like any of the feet currently floating around and the ones I did required extra stuff like squish balls. So I taught myself what I needed for fusion 360 and stayed up too late a couple nights to make this.

The tpu top pad piece slots perfectly into the screw holes on the underside corners of the machine, tpu feet sit in the bottom, you can print the body out of whatever, I chose abs as I plan on making a fan shroud to actively cool the internals so it can be enclosed, but I test printed multiple iterations in pla and petg with both holding the weight fine.

Note: The walls and really any plastic part of the feet should not touch the printer, I deliberately left a gap so there isnt any vibration noises and only the tpu pad makes contact.

Print Requirements

NEED SUPPORTS on the Front/Rear pieces (I did normal auto, snug, build plate only) rotate the Foot with filet up or down depending on which side you want to contact the table surface.

4 x Foot

2 x Front

2 x Rear (IMPORTANT) Mirror ONE to fit other side, it will work fine otherwise but for aesthetics flip it.

2 x PadFront

2 x PadRear

Alternately use the presorted plates which are separated by material.

No specific slicer settings other than supports so use what you're comfortable with.
