Third in my series of 40k lightboxes, our space bug Tyranid player. Also the star of my exceedingly boring Youtube video on the creation process.

The geometry of this one gives it a really good friction fit, so no glue or retention peg was necessary. As with the rest, it has a center-of-mass keyhole to hang from a common thumbtack or nail.

I wrapped this one with near-UV purple SMD LEDs that the phone on my camera I do not think does it justice. A really nice purple to the eye and the glow-in-the-dark accent on the side glows like the freakin' sun when you turn it off.

The "Tyranid Lightbox.3mf" file is a Bambu Studio 1.7.4 project file that includes all my settings and material profiles and such. It has a text object on the base that embosses a 5V marking - you can change this if you'll be using a different voltage.
