Remember these rattles from back in the day and perfect for the New Years celebrations is this Mini Football Rattle, it comes in 5/6 components all dependent on what clacker you select, one is a bit thicker than the other. cut to size hard plastic could be used as well or one of the larger lollipop sticks.

The clacker gear is tight to get on the handle shaft but I worked it back and forth a few times and it eased enough to slide into position when the rattle swinger was positioned for fitting, I was going to use grub screws to secure the gear to the shaft, or glue once it was in position but I didn't need to as it was a snug fit, the end cap for the end of the shaft was going to to be screwed to the shaft with an M5 x 10mm Flat head Allen screw but there was no need to do this as this also was a snug fit.

I had to file out the holes on the swinger as this was a too snugger fit.

I printed the swinger separate but there is no reason why it shouldn't print all together as in the preview photo.

Nice little project to take on and perfect for the New Years Eve celebrations.
