Description

Welcome to the amazing world of DIY!

Do you want to be able to store electrical energy and use it perhaps later for your rc car, your regular car, your phone, or to power your diy tatoo machine in the midle of the forest?

This is a 450wh battery made from 18650s, that uses two 150w toolkit RC M6 chargers as a way to charge any type of battery that you plug into it, or to use the device as a powerful and portable benchlab power supply.

The chargers have to be disassembled and they need to have their connectors removed, as cables will have to be soldered directly to the board. Each charger sits at one side, with the battery in the middle.

On mine I also included a usb-c charger and led lights to use it as a big lantern that will last for weeks turned on.

You will need:

  • 6s4p battery pack = x24 18650 batteries
  • X2 Toolkit RC M6. (any other charger wont fit.
  • M2, M3 & M4 threaded inserts (both short and longer versions)
  • M2, M3 & M4 Screws of different lenghts. (any amazon kit of screws usually include these)
  • 1 Carbon Rod - 10cm is enough and will have to be cut slightly.
  • All types of rc connectors. Originally made to be able to charge 2 batteries per charger (per side)
  • Electrical cables of differents gauges and lengths.
  • A printer cable of printing at least 250mm height.
  • General maker tools such as screw drivers of all types and sizes, soldering iron, drill and exacto knive baldes…
